Parking and Site Info

Tents/Deck Space

Each team will be provided with tennis court space for their divers. If a team wishes to bring tents or a banner, they are welcome to do so. Please note that team spaces will be on tennis courts, so tents must be secured without damaging the surface. Each team will have a fence backdrop, however, there are screens, so access to ziptie to fence will be low. 

 

Parking

Coaches will be provided two spots in the lot. There is plenty of street parking in the Parkwood neighborhood. The block of Yellowstone Dr. behind the pool will be closed to traffic. 

Bike racks will be available.

 

Diver drop-off

To maximize safety for divers, we suggest dropping them off at the Inner Drive gate entrance. There will be No Parking zone in that block to ensure a safer drop-off. Please do not try to pull into the lot to drop divers off unless prior accommodations are discussed. 

 

Spectators

Parkcrest will have 4 sets of bleachers along Yellowstone Drive offering a great view of the diving well. The grassy hill also offers viewing. Parkcrest asks that for the consideration of divers, spectating from the pool deck will not be allowed without prior approval. 

 

Water Wagon

The City of Madison Water Wagon will be onsite for filling of reusable water bottles. 

 

Concessions

Concessions will be available on tennis courts. Concessions will have both snacks and grilled entrees. Kona ice truck will be onsite.

 

Hospitality

Coaches will be provided with breakfast items, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout. Hospitality will be located on upper deck. Please let us know of food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. 

 

Clean up 

Each team is responsible for cleaning up its designated team area at the end of each day.  Trash and recycling bins will be available. Banners and tents ( if secured) can be left between meet days, but Parkcrest is not responsible for items.Any remaining items at the conclusion of the meet will be placed in Parkcrest Lost and Found.
